Meet Rami

For over ten generations, my family has tended the ancient olive trees of Salfit; trees that have stood strong for centuries in the heart of the Holy Land. From these sacred groves, I harvest our olives with care and press them cold, just as my ancestors did.
I’m deeply committed to preserving our land and protecting the heritage of Palestine, one harvest at a time.
