We grew up on this land, surrounded by ancient olive trees that have fed our family for generations. These trees, standing tall through centuries of sun, wind, and rain, are more than just part of the landscape—they are part of our identity and our story.
Today, we carry on that tradition, hand-harvesting and cold-pressing olives from our farm in the Holy Land. Each olive is picked with care and pressed with respect for time-honored methods, ensuring that nothing is lost from tree to bottle.
Our unfiltered olive oil, with almost zero acidity, is pure, honest, and a part of our home—now shared with yours. It’s more than just a product; it’s a piece of our heritage, offered from our family to your table with pride and love.
