We grew up on this land, surrounded by ancient olive trees that have fed our family for generations. Today, we carry on that tradition hand harvesting and cold pressing olives from our farm in the Holy Land. Our unfiltered olive oil, with almost zero acidity, is pure, honest, and a part of our home now shared with yours.
